Extended Healthcare Plans​

Many extended health benefit plans (e.g. Blue Cross, Green Shield, Medavie, Sunlife, ManuLife, Great West Life, etc.) will reimburse you for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I am a certified as an RCC (#17460). Check your plan's details to see if you're covered by a registered or clinical counsellor. If your plan covers you for counselling or psychotherapy services, you will pay me for the cost of the session in full, and then submit your receipt to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
​
I require 48 hour notice for cancellations. I am committed to providing every client with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. For this reason, the full fee of the session is charged for missed appointments or late cancellations. If you are running late, please contact me via email or text as soon as possible. After 15 minutes past the start time it will be assumed that it is a missed session.

Many clients have expressed appreciation for my direct yet compassionate approach, which is rooted in love and understanding. I believe in collaborating with you on your care, utilizing a feedback-informed method to ensure our work together feels right for you. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I remain deeply passionate about counselling, and I welcome discussions on a wide range of topics. My areas of interest include Complex PTSD, occupational health injuries, LGBTQ2S issues, gender journeys, ethical non-monogamy, parenting, the experiences of adult children of alcoholics, substance use challenges, childhood sexual abuse, age and stage transitions, and so much more.
